About Jennifer Lyn Estep
I’m a global business leader and have spent my career building strategy, marketing, product, and digital transformation initiatives across both startups and Fortune 10 companies. My passion lies in turning vision into execution—uniting AI, technology, and patient-centric design to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
Trained as a mechanical engineer at Purdue and in business strategy at Harvard, I’ve led commercialization and innovation efforts across the medtech and biopharma landscape—launching breakthrough products, scaling revenue, and growing teams that perform with purpose.
I’m also an artist, photographer, and writer—the author of the forthcoming narrative nonfiction Stand Tall, Darling. Through my creative brand, Illuminous Studio, I share art and photography inspired by light, resilience, and renewal.
